Duties & Responsibilities
Registration of bonds in favour of Standard Bank, Absa and Nedbank.
Maintaining a good relationship with clients
Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric
At least 5 years’ experience in the registration of bonds
A good understanding of property transfers will be a good advantage
A stable track record and good references
Being fully conversant with all administrative requirements for bond registrations as well as having been trained on Lexis Convey, Stordoc, DoComply and WebConvey
Package & Remuneration
Good market related salary commensurate with experience and ability.
