Job Summary: The Branch Manager will direct and supervise the staff and day-to-day operations in the assigned branch location. He will oversee all branch operations to ensure that sales goals are met and tasks are performed efficiently. The manager will also lead and motivate his employees.
Qualifications:
• A graduate of any Business-Related Courses.
• 2-3 years of solid experience in the same field.
• Knowledgeable on conflict management, problem-solving, and data analysis.
• With good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Able to comprehend administrative & clerical procedures.
• Proficient in using MS Office.
• With excellent negotiation, management and leadership skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Will be assigned in TRES FUENTES ST., BRGY.LANTAD, SILAY CITY 6116
