Opportunity Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) New Graduate to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care. As a new graduate, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, including infants, children, adults, and older adults, in a home health care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one patient care to clients in their homes
• Work closely with clients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Conduct thorough assessments, create and implement treatment plans, and educate clients and caregivers on proper care techniques
