Insight Global is hiring a Program Assistant for a national business consulting firm in San Diego CA. This position will be remote, but the candidate is required to sit in San Diego CA. This person will be the first line of communication with participants that qualify for a state program committed to helping low-income families receive assistance and job opportunities. This person will be primarily doing data entry for the program for all new program participants and helping to document payments to customers. They will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service over the phone when speaking with participants. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, and great communication as their day to day will be 80/20 engaging with participants and data entry when scheduling. Time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is key for this role. This person will have the opportunity to grow into the Case Management role which is more participant facing.
