We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals based out of Auburn, Maine. As a Home Health PT, you will help patients regain their strength and manage their pain in a home setting where therapy is customized to their daily lives.
Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in their homes
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
• Valid Physical Therapist License in the State of Maine
• Graduate of an accredited college-level approved program
• Current CPR certification required
