Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate service requests, ensuring timely responses and resolution of issues.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders, service reports, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with service technicians to schedule appointments, dispatch resources, and track progress on service jobs.
• Communicate with customers regarding service inquiries, updates, and feedback to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare regular reports on service performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all service operations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Mechanical Engineering license is required
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and service operations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and service management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Open to work in Bicol/ Naga and Pili Cam. Sur
