Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and lead a team of restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
- Implement and enforce health and safety standards to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Monitor and control costs to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for improvements

- Strong knowledge of food service industry practices and standards
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and inventory management
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calmness and professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer issues or operational challenges
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and suppliers
Bilingual a must
