Furthermore, this role is responsible for managing th...e entire manufacturing supply chain, from demand through to supply, logistics, and finance, with the goal of generating feasible monthly supply and inventory plans that meet customer service levels while minimizing distribution and obsolescence costs.Key roles and Responsibilities:Monitor the weekly plans produced from Barnton and escalate risks to MRP manager & WSNP managerProduce a monthly 12–18-month forecast aligned to S&OP and CONA publish & sign off on monthly inventory LE’s to cash flow teamEnsure monthly ‘handshake’ on S&OP process with suppliers and procurement and routines are followedControl/Loss Prevention and Obsolete ManagementProtect service level by mitigating risks on raw materials to production planKPI tracking: NST; OTIF Materials; S&OP KPI’s on supplier collaboration; DCBLCollaborate with external suppliers and internal teams (SNP Planner, Scheduler, Inventory Deployment, Retpack Execution, Procurement, Finance, and Zone Planning) to ensure smooth supply chain operationsefine critical materials and ensure adherence to daily, weekly, and monthly routines.
