We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused individual to join our growing team.
The main duties of the role include:
• Actioning of daily reports and providing customer updates
• Processing of customer orders via inbound and outbound telephone calls
• Acceptance of online orders
• Working with customer procurement systems
• Actioning of drivers returns when required
• checking in and allocation of Daily Cash payments
• Upselling of product on supplier led focus days
• Dealing with all customer queries
The hours of work are 8.30am - 4 pm Saturdays
Requirements of the role:
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Good levels of computer literacy
• Confident and professional phone manner
• Knowledge of the foodservice catering industry would be advantageous
