Recruitment Lead
Industry: Financial Services
Qualification: MBA/MHRM
Experience: 10-20 years
Location: Kochi, Kerala
Salary: Upto 15 LPA
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in recruitment within the Banking/NBFC sector.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, methodologies, and tools.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and any other local language (preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage and mentor a team.
Strong networking abilities and a deep understanding of the local talent market.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
