Role Overview
The Director of Analytics for Medical Affairs will be responsible for building scalable analytics solutions in partnership with Data Engineering and Data Science teams that support medical affairs strategy and address patient care needs. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with cross-functional teams.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Determining the impact of solutions and programs through leading and lagging indicators including establishing a measurement framework including critical metric measurement, dashboarding, and conducting A/B testing
• Building, evolving, and managing impact measurement models to provide insights and recommendations to optimize medical efforts
