We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Residence Life Coordinator to join our team at Hampshire College. This live-in position is responsible for creating a welcoming and inclusive community for students, providing essential support services, and promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop and implement programs and initiatives that promote student engagement, leadership development, and academic success. They will also work closely with campus partners to address issues related to student conduct, crisis management, and retention.
This is a full-time, 12-month position with a competitive salary range of $48,378 - $54,000 per year.
