Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language services to K-12 students in Gages Lake, IL.
About the Role
In this role, you will assess and treat communication disorders, working closely with students, teachers, and families to develop and deliver personalized therapy plans that address individual needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate students to identify speech, language, and communication challenges.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Deliver both direct therapy and consultation services.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines.
Requirements
• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid ILSLP license and ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP).
• Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage caseload efficiently.
Compensation and Benefits
• $**60,000 - $80,000 per year**, based on experience.
