Whether you're a seasoned pro or a newcomer to the world of sales, we provide full training for the right candidate—so don't worry if you lack experience! This is your chance to transform your passion into a lucrative career. Many of our team members are earning between $50,000 to $150,000 annually based on their performance, and guess what? This role is 100% commission-based!

Your Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge
• Manage the sales process from start to finish—follow-ups and closing deals included!
• Help customers find the perfect RV for their adventures
• Work with a diverse range of clients, adapting your approach to fit their unique needs
• Set and meet sales goals and daily customer contact objectives to keep the dealership thriving
Qualifications:
• A high level of energy, enthusiasm, and a love for working with people
• Strong follow-up and closing skills (we want you to succeed!)
• Open-minded, trainable, and results-driven
• Experience in auto or RV sales is a plus, but we’re ready to train the right person!
