Brief Description of the Job:
The position is primarily responsible for creating, designing, planning, and implementing the Company's employee relation, case management, and employee engagement programs, policies, and procedures to develop and maintain a positive communication and workplace relationship between the organization and its employees and external parties and to promote employee satisfaction and well-being.
Minimum Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience in handling Employee Relations, Case Management, and Labor Relations.
• Must have a bachelor’s degree in human resource management or any business-related courses.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, planning, organizing, and decision-making skills. Strong public relations and presentation skills. Efficient in project management handling projects and initiatives.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications and data processing programs. Familiarity with Employee Case Management, Labor Law, and other jurisprudence.
