Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to oversee our IT operations and work alongside our small team of technicians. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting and maintaining network systems and will be adept at finding innovative solutions to complex problems. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify opportunities for growth and drive the expansion of our managed services.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and lead a small team of IT professionals.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of networks, hardware, software systems, and copiers.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient and secure operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the managed services department.
• Work closely with sales team to prepare quotes for copiers, IT products, services, upgrades, and other solutions that align with potential and current clients' goals.
• Keep current clients up-to-date via email and phone communications.
• Collaborate with potential and/or current clients to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma Required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
• A+, Network+, and/or similar certifications are highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and software systems.
• Experience using Microsoft 365 admin centers (mainly Entra ID & Exchange admin).
• Ability to create and maintain websites.
• Proven ability to find solutions to complex technical problems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to seek opportunities independently as well as find solutions as a part of a team. A background in sales is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 per week
