We're looking for compassionate, caring, and enthusiastic members to join our growing team. Applicants should be detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy being part of a dynamic, growing team.The position is a full-time position with competitive compensation according to experience level and performance.Responsibilities:• Interacting with clients and visitors, greeting them as they arrive and checking them out as they leave• Answering the phones, connecting with potential clients, and explaining pelvic physical therapy to new clients. We believe the front desk is the face of the clinic to patients, and essential for the success of the clinic and a crucial part of our team.• Oversees patient scheduling• Ability to assist with marketing efforts, event planning, and community outreach.• The position is full time, 40 hours per week. Monday through Thursday 9:00am to 6:00pm. Friday 9:00am to 3:00pm.Principal Duties• To greet clients promptly and courteously when the enter the clinic• To schedule clients over the phone or email• To handle the daily scheduling, filling cancellations and scheduling follow-up appointments• To represent the clinic with patients, whether on the phone or in person• Handle and organize patient files and information• Folding clean linens and light cleaning• To stock private treatment rooms with clean linens• Any other duties which may be requiredQualifications and Skills• Minimum of one year experience in customer service setting - experience in sales role preferred.• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Documents.• A high school diploma is required; an AA or bachelor's degree is preferred.• Ability to interact in a professional and courteous manner with clients and colleagues at all times.• Able to take patient payment and handle phone and email communications• Ability to learn and communicate about pelvic floor physical therapy and the various diagnoses that are seen at the clinic.• Handle paperwork filing in an organized manner.• Communicate clearly in person and on the phoneJob Type: Full-timePay: $41,600.00 - $45,760.00 per yearBenefits:• Paid time off• Paid trainingSchedule:• Monday to FridayWork Location: In person
