Job Summary:
We are currently looking for a Senior Plant and Facilities Manager for our new factory in Pataskala, Ohio. The Manufacturing facility power engineer inspects, repairs, installs, and maintains electrical systems, machinery, and equipment. Other main responsibilities include ensuring all work performed meets the required safety codes and is properly inspected. Uses a variety of tools and equipment, such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment.
Responsibilities:
• Establish various internal management systems, SOP operation instructions, and fully control the implementation according to the business objectives of the company and department. Determine the annual and monthly main work plans and tasks of power equipment. Refine them to each management area and control the implementation as a whole.
• Responsible for the safety management of personnel, setting goals, training and assessment of employees of the department. Equipment spot inspection and maintenance system, organize and coordinate the maintenance, repair and maintenance of kinetic energy equipment on schedule, and promote its implementation.
• Rectify the equipment and facilities with serious hidden dangers in time to prevent safety accidents.
• Coordinate the emergency handling of power equipment emergencies.
• Coordinate energy saving and consumption reduction of power equipment.
• Organize safety drills, summary and correction of emergency material inspection and emergency plan every quarter.
• Technical file management of power system equipment.
• Power system spare parts, maintenance consumption, maintenance standard management, regular measurement of measuring instruments and meters performance management
Qualifications:
• High school diploma.
• Typically requires an Electrician’s License.
• Typically requires 1-3 years of related experience or may need 0 years of experience. with additional specialized training and/or certification.
• Knowledge of production safety required.
• Related vocational certificate required.
• Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Perfect learning ability and Curiosities about new things.
• Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline.
