Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced BMS Project Manager to oversee and deliver Building Management System (BMS) projects across Manchester and the North West region. The role involves managing project lifecycles from design to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage BMS projects from initiation to handover.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
Provide technical support and guidance throughout project delivery.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Monitor project performance and implement improvements where necessary.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing BMS projects.
Strong technical knowledge of BMS systems and protocols
