We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team in Schiller Park, IL. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for someone who excels in accounts payable processing and has strong organizational skills.
About the Role:
This position involves working with multiple systems, identifying discrepancies, and resolving payment issues. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in full-cycle AP processing, be proficient in Microsoft Excel, and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Process up to 400 AP invoices weekly
• Monitor and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments
• Scan and file invoices electronically
• Perform other Ad/Hoc tasks as assigned
Salary Range: $24-$27 per hour (based on experience)
