Job Summary

About the Role
The Director of Nursing is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, ensuring that we provide excellent patient care and adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Licensing and Qualifications:
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Illinois is required.
• Experience and Skills:
• A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a long-term care setting is required.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team.
• They should also be knowledgeable about practices, procedures, and regulations governing long-term care facilities in Illinois.
