We're recruiting for an Administrator to join our clients busy team based in Tipton on a permanent basis.

The main purpose of the role is to assist the sales team by providing comprehensive support. This will involve ensuring orders are processed accurately, providing excellent customer service and assisting with outbound sales tasks.

Previous experience within a similar role is advantageous although not essential as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities Include
• Ensuring the sales database is maintained accurately and generate reports
• Assist the sales team with follow up calls, ensuring excellent customer service is provided to build client relationships
• Managing customer orders from inquiry through to delivery. Providing prompt quotations and support to clients
• Work closley with other departments to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction

Requirements
• Strong communication skills with a customer focused approach
• Excellent organisational ability
• Hold the ability to actively problem solve, addressing any potential issues
• Must be proficient in using Microsoft

Working Hours
• Monday to Thursday 08:00-17:00
• Friday 08:00-15:00
