**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN) **Job Specialty:** Home Health - Critical Need **Job Duration:** 14 weeks **Shift:** 8 hours, 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM **Guaranteed Hours:** 40 hours per week **Experience:** Minimum 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience **License:** Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided) **Certifications:** Basic Life Support **Must-Have:** - Current Driver's License and a clear driving record for the past two years - Proof of automobile insurance as required by law **Job Description:** - Provide in-home health care services to patients with critical needs - Develop and implement individualized patient care plans - Monitor patient health and report changes to healthcare providers - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed - Educate patients and families on disease prevention and health maintenance - Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care **Preferred Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
