RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
-Maintain computer systems and peripherals by installing, configuring, testing, troubleshooting
-and repairing of both hardware and software.
-Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
-Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps.
-Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.
-Prepare accurate and timely reports.
-Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles.QUALIFICATIONS:
-Candidate must possess at least an Undergraduate Level (at least 2 years) or College Degree in any course.
-Preferably with background in Computer Science / Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others), or equivalent to qualify for most accounts.
-With or without work experience.
-Good English communications and written skills are required.
-Independent and can work under minimal supervision.
-Applicants must be willing to work in Malolos Bulacan.
