Licensed Dental Hygienist Responsibilities
• Perform routine dental cleanings and preventative treatments.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices and preventative care.
• Collaborate with the dental team to develop individualized care plans.
• Use advanced tools such as Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, and digital X-rays to provide accurate diagnostics and care.
• Maintain detailed patient records and documentation in electronic medical record systems.

Minimum Qualifications
• Active dental hygienist license in Indiana.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene.
• CPR Certification.
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures and patient care practices.
Preferred Qualifications
• Open to recent graduates; no prior experience required!
• Experience with digital scanners, digital X-rays, and other diagnostic tools is a plus.
• A commitment to continuous learning and clinical skill development.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Prolonged sitting or standing as required.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds.
• Availability for periodic virtual or in-person training sessions.
• Completion of a TB test (as required in certain states).
