Team Member Mission: This job contributes to Inta Juice’s success by ensuring our service and store standards are met. We do this by providing customers with prompt enthusiastic service, quality beverages and products. The Inta Juice team will create a friendly, enthusiastic, and clean atmosphere.
The Team Lead is responsible for exhibiting the great qualities of a Smoothie Master while coaching, developing and enforcing these expectations amongst the team. The Team Lead will focus on:
• Lead/coach team to make great smoothies & other products following recipe
• Lead/coach the team to be friendly, knowledgeable and provide accurate service
• Keeping the store clean and inviting always
• Getting Increased sales volume by making genuine connections with customer, knowing customer’s names, orders and wowing customers to earn repeated visits
• Creating new campaign ideas, marketing ideas, etc to help increase store sales
• Managing cost controls by minimizing waste & efficient scheduling
• Inventory control and monitoring. Providing necessary details for efficient inventory control
• Inspecting opening and closing procedures for consistency
• Inspect service delivery and prepping to ensure compliance with health guidelines
• Staying on top on weekly documentation
• Additional tasks as assigned
The Team Lead will also effortlessly exhibit these Smoothie Master Expectations:
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Gives excellent customer service and courtesy, answer all customer questions, and provide information with regards to all products in the store, and all other assistance customers might require
2. Maneuver our POS system in a proficient manner which will consist of taking customers’ orders, counting cash received, counting cash back, issuing receipts, and all other cashier duties
3. Maintain all health and safety guidelines and following all company policies and operational procedures
4. Blends smoothies based on the company’s recipes and guidelines to the company’s standards
5. Clean and prepare the work area as well as prepare all equipment and ingredients as needed both in the front and back of house
6. Make sure that all inventory is well stocked as well as thoroughly put away
7. Verify that the prepared orders meet the company’s standard
8. Complete tasks designated by management
9. Share responsibility of putting away inventory, cleaning, re-stocking, prepping, washing dishes, and other responsibilities assigned as needed
10. Maintain a positive attitude at all times
