Your Role as a Team Member: As a Smoothie Master you will have the opportunity to be a part of a rare group of individuals that value their role. Not only will you be expected to be proficient in customer service but will also be responsible for the company’s standards on our product’s consistency, quality, waste, and the cleanliness of the work area from front to back.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Gives excellent customer service and courtesy, answer all customer questions, and provide information with regards to all products in the store, and all other assistance customers might require
2. Gets assistance from another team member or a manager if available when help is needed
3. Maneuver our POS system in a proficient manner which will consist of taking customers’ orders, counting cash received, counting cash back, issuing receipts, and all other cashier duties
4. Maintain all health and safety guidelines and following all company policies and operational procedures
5. Blends smoothies based on the company’s recipes and guidelines to the company’s standards
6. Clean and prepare the work area as well as prepare all equipment and ingredients as needed both in the front and back of house
7. Make sure that all inventory is well stocked as well as thoroughly put away
8. Verify that the prepared orders meet the company’s standard
9. Complete tasks designated by management
10. Share responsibility of putting away inventory, cleaning, re-stocking, prepping, washing dishes, and other responsibilities assigned as needed
11. Maintain a positive attitude at all times
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour
