About the Role: As a Meat Associate at The GIANT Company, you will play a critical role in maintaining the high standards of quality and safety in our meat product areas. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving deliveries, weighing and pricing products, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will also be expected to provide exceptional customer service and promote products through suggestive selling.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
• Previous experience in retail or food service industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a cold environment
• Valid authorization to work in the United States
Estimated Salary: $48,000 - $65,000 per year based on location and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
