Responsibilities:
• Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent theft and ensure safety.
• Control access to the facility by managing entry and exit points.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds.
• Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies.
• Report any suspicious activity or incidents to management.
• Maintain a daily log of activities and incidents.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service to visitors and staff.
• Assist in training new security personnel as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures.
Requirements:
• Minimum educational qualification of 10th standard or above.
• 1-2 years of experience in a security-related role.
• Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi and English.
• Physical fitness to perform security duties effectively.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
• A valid security guard license is an advantage.
