Hey everyone !
I have recently gained more hours in the day and am looking for a nanny job again! I am a loving mother to the most amazing 5.5 year old ! I also graduated with honours from social service work in college, and I’m currently in my last semester of my bachelors in social and community development (currently boasting high honours again) . I coach competitive gymnastics here in Burlington, as well as recreational as both a coach and supervisor . I have many years of experience with children and have been a nanny as well as ran my own home daycare before moving back to Burlington 4.5 years ago!
I have a lot of experience working with individuals who have disabilities and have worked with many of all ages . I did also attend school to become an educational assistant , and have a sister who is on palliative care after years of health decline so very familiar with the hard side of that too.
I love babies and children , and also love animals so I’m happy with any age group and okay with pet care duties as well!
I am a committed , hard worker and I’m excited to find my next family to build a bond with and help care for their most precious thing in life !
I am available daytimes Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday as well as some Saturdays . I can also make myself available Wednesday for the right position, but currently coach daytimes that day at the gym.
My ideal hours are daytime hours (I’m an early riser so any morning time works , ideally finished by 3 but again can negotiate for the right position!) An ideal would be 7-3 (or 8-3).
I charge 25/hr as a starting rate , of course depending on what is required this may increase but this is typically what I ask for .
I have my own vehicle and a clean drivers abstract and criminal check . I am also up to date on my first aid and CPR (I need all of these things for my position as a gymnastics coach). I have a full G licence that I have had for many years.
My favourite age group is infants , especially now that my son is older ! That being said I happily will work with any age group!
I am more than willing to take your child(ren) out on adventures like earlyon programs , drop in programs , etc.
I am happy to provide care in your home or mine depending on what works best for you!

I am also to help out with temporary work as well and have experience helping a family while they wait for their nanny from overseas .
