Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Hire, train, and develop an Aftermarket Sales Team of multi-dimensional sales professionals capable of selling a diverse array of products and offerings
• Effectively lead a high performing Aftermarket Sales Team
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business goals
• Identify/ profile all accounts in each market to ensure sales represenation to accounts qualifying to be assigned to an Aftermarket Sales Representative
• Develop sales action plans to maximize penetration for each account to include specific Parts and Service plans, account by account, developing each Aftermarket Sales Representative's book of business
• Proactively monitor and measure each Aftermarket Sales Representative's performance, partnering with the HR Business Partner in developing (any) needed Continuous Improvement Plans
• Conduct regularly scheduled sales management meetings to review individual performance to plan, identify gaps to plan along with gap closure plans, and define dates for gap closure plans to be met
• Meet and exceed the Region's overall growth and profitability
• Work with Parts functional leadership providing tangible feedback on competitive parts and service pricing and offerings regionally and network-wide
• Prepare customer sales reports showing MoM and YoY changes to parts and service sales growth in revenue and gross profit
• Articulate to senior leadership reasons for sales growth and decline by region and by customer
• Ride along with Aftermarket Sales Representatives to provide coaching and feedback with a focus on growth and continuous improvement
• Regularly visit dealership locations to cultivate strong mutually beneficial partnerships with Parts, Service and Truck Sales
• Create an Aftermarket sales dashboard that reflects performance to sales and productivity goals
• Stay up on current market trends, products and services to build out a robust training plan for outside sales to be successful and offering solutions to customers

Education, Experience & Licensing Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Sales Management, Business or Marketing
• Proven experience in building relationships as well as managing discussions and closing deals with customers' procurement leadership and key decision makers.
• 5-8 years' experiences in the industry, including outside sales
• At least 3+ years leading and developing high performing sales teams
