Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant/Sales Help to join our team at SKM Industries, Inc. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing sales and administrative functions to drive company success. This includes drafting correspondences and other formal documents, creating letters and sending samples for potential customers, and following up with them after the samples have been sent.

This role also involves answering and directing inbound telephone calls, developing and implementing organized filing systems, and performing all other office tasks.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in office administration or related fields and possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft correspondences and other formal documents
• Create letters and send samples for potential customers
• Follow up with potential customers after samples have been sent
• Answer and direct inbound telephone calls
• Develop and implement organized filing systems
• Perform all other office tasks

Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year based on location and experience.
