Now Hiring: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Gold Crest Care Center – Pelham Gardens, Bronx, NYGold Crest Care Center, located in the Pelham Gardens area of the Bronx is currently seeking Full-Time, Part-Time, and Weekend Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for all shifts at our Nursing and Rehab Center. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated LPNs to join our team and provide exceptional care... to our residents in a warm, nurturing environment.Key Responsibilities:• Collect necessary information for the admission of new residents.• Accurately record residents’ health details, including vitals and temperature.• Provide direct care to residents in accordance with their care plans, nursing procedures, and facility policies.• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.• Treat and dress wounds, bedsores, and other conditions as needed.• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as required.• Assist residents with dressing, personal hygiene, and daily activities.• Monitor and record residents’ food and liquid intake and output.Qualifications:• Must be a team player with strong communication skills.• Valid NY State LPN license required.• Must be in good standing with the State Registry.Why Work with Us?
