Details:
• Job Type: direct-hire (permanent)
• Starting Pay: $70,000 – $80,000 + Bonus & Stock Options
• Schedule: Hours: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM (First Shift)
• This role provides support for a 2-2-3 schedule for direct reports
• Location: Eau Claire, WI
Overview:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead quality assurance programs on the factory production floor. You will oversee a team of Hygienists and Associate Quality Engineers to ensure compliance with factory procedures, cGMPs, and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
• You will manage and analyze Quality Assurance programs, driving root cause investigations, corrective actions, and improvements.
• You will lead and coach a team of four direct reports, supporting internal assessments and ensuring performance on the production floor.
• You will oversee GMP auditing, verification activities, and facility compliance.
• In addition, you will drive continuous improvement and quality initiatives to reduce deviations and non-conformances and ensure adherence to pre-requisite programs and food safety systems.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of direct leadership experience in a quality or manufacturing role is required.
• Experience with pre-requisite programs, deviation reports, and CAPA management is essential.
