The RN is responsible for Supervising nursing personnel to deliver nursing care within the scope of practice, coordinates care of the patient to meet patient needs in accordance with policies and procedures to meet both federal and state guidelines.
Directing, Initiating and implementing resident/patient Plan of Care
Performing resident/patient assessments, taking vitals and maintaining records
Assisting Pysicians during examinations and procedures when necessary
Acting as a Leader and providing guidence to other Nursing and CNA staff
