Job Description:
At Tim Hortons, we are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high-quality food preparation and presentation.

This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience in a quick-service or food-service environment and be able to lead and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient use of resources
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
• A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a quick-service or food-service environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• A high school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive benefits including health and dental insurance, a comprehensive training program, and opportunities for career advancement within the company.
