Job Requirements:
-Previous cleaning experience in commercial and/or residential settings is essential.
-Demonstrated ability to handle a variety of cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively.
-Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
-Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products required for different surfaces and materials.
-Flexibility to work in different environments, including commercial buildings, offices, residential homes.
-Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
-Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
-Strong communication and customer service skills to address clients' needs and requests.
-Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects when required.
-Reliable transportation to travel to various work locations.
Responsibilities:
-Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of commercial buildings, offices, and residential homes.
-Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors and surfaces.
-Wiping and sanitizing countertops, mirrors, windows, and other glass surfaces.
-Emptying trash bins and replacing liners.
-Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers.
-Handling and organizing cleaning equipment and supplies.
-Reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or required repairs to the supervisor.
-Following health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.
-Assisting with special cleaning projects as assigned.
