Position Title: Part-Time Concierge Security Guards
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Concierge Security Guards. This role is ideal for individuals with a valid Ontario Security License who are passionate about providing exceptional service while ensuring a secure and welcoming environment for residents. Manage Concierge, periodically patrol building exterior and interior. Perform a variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Minimum Requirements:
Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least two years of experience in a residential or condominium security setting.
Commitment to long-term, stable employment.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with Company head office to maintain service standards and ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain records of residents, guests, services, and trades.
Log incidents, occurrences, and unusual events according to protocols.
Conduct routine security checks and enforce safety procedures.
Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment and access points; permitting entry
Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers
Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures
Maintain environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls
Maintain organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors and the premises
Provide excellent customer service
Adhere to all company service and operating standards
Remain in compliance with local, state and federal regulations
Respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and customers
Protect the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues
