Job Description:
Join our team as a Snow Removal Technician responsible for maintaining our residential snow routes. We provide all the necessary equipment to ensure your work is efficient and safe:
Company Truck
36" Power Sweeper
Backpack Blower
Snow Blower
Shovel
Responsibilities:
Clear snow from designated residential routes.
Begin work between 6 AM and 7 AM when it snows.
Perform additional tasks like flyer delivery or sign placement when there's no snow.
Compensation:
$21 per hour
Guaranteed 40 hours biweekly, even in light to no snow conditions.
Any time worked over the 40 hours biweekly will be paid out at the end of the month at a rate of $21 an hour.
On heavy snow days, working a 10 to 12-hour day could be a possibility.
Requirements:
Reliability and a self-starter attitude.
Ability to follow our straightforward process for tracking hours, jobs, and quality.
Valid driver's license with a clean abstract.
Job Type:
Contractor position; no deductions from your pay.
