What Youll Do:

As our Account Manager, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining long-term, trusting relationships with our partners. You'll oversee a portfolio of customer accounts, drive new business from existing clients, and proactively seek out new partnership opportunities. You'll play a key role in helping Blusource deliver value to our partners and make a positive impact in the communities they serve.

On a typical day you will be accountable for:

Youll manage key client relationships and ensure their needs are met while achieving company goals. Specifically, you'll be responsible for:
• Operating as the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with partners year over year.
• Achieving weekly call goals and monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities with existing and potential partners.
• Leading, managing, and holding accountable your assigned Junior Account Manager(s).
• Ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth through exceptional service.
• Performing additional tasks as assigned to support business needs.

Education, Experience & Proficiencies:
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communication, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Proven sales and/or customer service experience (2+ years preferred).
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience with Sage 100 (ERP) preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
• Ability to maintain a customer-focused mindset while driving business results.
