We believe in empowering our employees to take ownership of their careers and contribute to our mission of improving health and well-being worldwide.Shift Schedule: 7am-7pm on a rotating weekly schedule:• Week 1: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun• Week 2: Wed, Thurs• Includes shift differentials for weekends worked• 8 hours of built-in overtime each weekWhat We Offer:• Comprehensive initial training for two weeks on day shift, Monday through Friday• A dynamic and agile career path with opportunities for growth• A welcoming and ethically minded workplace• Competitive compensation that rewards high performance• Access to various benefits depending on your role and locationYour Responsibilities:• Ensure a safe and controlled working environment while promoting site safety objectives.• Collaborate with customer experts to successfully integrate and maintain production processes.• Deliver effective training to manufacturing staff on new equipment or procedures for Cell Therapy (CT).• Work with the CT Manufacturing Leadership team to identify and implement operational improvements.• Assist in building and reinforcing the manufacturing team.• Create, review, and approve essential documentation.Qualifications:• High School Diploma or equivalent required; AS/BS degree preferred.• Background in a science-related field, particularly Genetics, is advantageous.• Experience in cleanroom, laboratory, or sterile environments is preferred.• Familiarity with Aseptic Techniques and gowning necessary.• Experience in a manufacturing setting; cGMP experience is a plus. Experience in Cell and Gene Therapy is ideal.• Ability to adhere to strict documentation practices within a regulated industry.• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.At Lonza, our goal is to elevate the lives of millions through our products and services, while conducting our business responsibly and ethically.
