Client: Department of Homeland SecuritySalary: $73,502 - $126,449 per yearPay scale grade: LE 1Remote job: NoTravel Required: Occasionally, including domestic and foreign travelRelocation expenses reimbursed: Yes - Relocation expenses may be authorized to the duty location upon receiving a final job offer.Work schedule: Full-timeDuties:• Ensure the safety and security of critical lo...cations, including The White House Complex, The Vice President's Residence, and foreign diplomatic missions.• Support high-level travel for the President, Vice President, and visiting dignitaries.• Enforce protective responsibilities as mandated by law.Requirements:• U.S. Citizenship is required.• Possession of a valid driver's license.• Able to be under the age of 37 at the time of receiving a conditional offer, with specific provisions for veterans.• Pass a drug test before appointment and submit to random testing thereafter.• Must be eligible to carry a firearm and maintain proficiency; certain prior convictions may affect eligibility.• Complete 12 weeks of training at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center and 17 weeks of specialized training.• Certify registration with the Selective Service System as required.• Visual acuity: Uncorrected no worse than 20/100 binocular; corrected 20/20 in each eye, with acceptable prior surgeries.Additional Qualifications:• Hearing ability: No more than 25 decibels loss in either ear for specified frequencies.• Obtain and retain a Top-Secret Clearance throughout your career.• Use your official name as it appears on your identification in applications.
