This is a full-time on-site role at GreyCareNG located in Aba, Abia State.Key Responsibilities:• Collect, process, and analyse medical specimens following standard laboratory procedures.• Conduct routine and specialised tests, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting of results.• Maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring they are clean, functional, and well-calibrated.• Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols to maintain a safe and sterile environment.• Document and maintain accurate records of laboratory tests and results.• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support diagnostic and treatment decisions tailored to seniors.• Uphold GreyCare’s commitment to personalised, patient-focused care.Qualifications• Diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.• Valid practising licence from the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).• Proven experience in a laboratory setting (experience working with elderly patients is a plus).• Empathy, patience, and the ability to connect with elderly patients.• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.• Excellent organisational and communication skills.• Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
