Job Opportunity
A Long-Term Healthcare Professional is needed at Autumn Care of Myrtle Grove to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of residents and their families. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing resident needs, developing individualized care plans, and administering nursing care in accordance with established standards.
About the Position
This position involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care to residents. The ideal candidate will possess a current RN license, CPR certification, and excellent communication skills. A background in long-term care is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer nursing care in accordance with established standards
- Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams
Compensation and Benefits
