Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and meeting or exceeding sales quotas. You will work closely with the marketing and field sales teams to ensure smooth transitions and successful patient onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
● Prospect and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through research, cold
calling, emails, and social media.
● Qualify Leads: Engage with leads to understand their needs, assess the fit with company offerings, and route qualified prospects to the appropriate team if needed.
● Sales Presentations: Present and explain company products/services to potential
customers over the phone or through video conferencing.
● Negotiation and Closing: Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
● CRM Management: Track all sales activities in the CRM system and update information regularly for accurate reporting.
● Collaboration: Work with marketing teams to follow up on campaigns and leads. Coordinate with field sales teams for further account development.
● Customer Support: Provide customers with ongoing product/service information, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
● Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to existing customers.
● Meeting Metrics: Ensure KPIs are on target with projected forecasts and goals.
● Stay Updated: Keep abreast of product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
Skills and Qualifications:
● Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in an inside sales or telesales environment.
● Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers and build relationships.
● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Google Workspace) and other sales tools.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
● Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
● Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education and Experience:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
● 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B setting.
Pay:
Base salary- $65,000 + commission. Opportunity to make well over 6 figures within the first six months!
