In this role, you will maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the manufacturing floor, warehouse areas, and office spaces on their stunning campus.Reporting to the Facilities Manager, this position is vital to upholding Metagenics’ high standards for health and safety. We are seeking a proactive individual with strong time management skills, attention to detail, and a passion for keeping spaces clean and inviting.Shift Information:• Monday-Friday 5am-1:30pmWhat you will do as a Janitor:• Clean and maintain restrooms and locker rooms using appropriate equipment and cleaning products• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure a spotless environment• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly• Keep the building exterior tidy by picking up debris, washing windows, and sweeping walkwaysWhat we are looking for:• Previous professional cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred• Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and handle supplies• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks effectivelyBenefits offered upon permanent hire:• Medical, dental, and vision• Annual employer Health Savings Account for eligible employees• Life and disability Insurance• Free mental health resources• Vacation and sick time• 2 volunteer days off each year• 11 paid holidays• Product discounts
