What you'll do
STATEMENT
OF PURPOSE
Utilizing a
knowledge of positional skills, customer service and courtesy, health and
safety regulations and all Wendy's food safety, security and employee policies
and procedures; the crew member position is responsible for providing quality
products and service in a clean and safe environment to each and every
customer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
& PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Ensure
all food orders are prepared, portioned, and served correctly
·
Work
with your team to help meet service goals
·
Maintain
a clean, safe, and fully stocked restaurant
·
Operate
cash registers according to cash policies and procedures
·
Take
orders from customers
·
Provide
quality service to all customers
·
Cross
train in different stations
·
Standing
for at least four hours
·
Repetitive
bending and stooping as necessary
