This is a full-time permanent role that requires a motivated and results-driven individual who can work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, inventory management, and staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Oversight of all store operations, including sales, inventory, and staff development
• Setting goals, prioritizing tasks, and delegating responsibilities to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Store Manager or equivalent role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
