Now Hiring: Director of Nursing (DON)
Director of Nursing (DON) Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care
• Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
• Oversee clinical operations, including assessments, care planning, and quality assurance
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care
• Act as an advocate for residents and families, addressing concerns promptly and professionally
• Manage staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage and continuity of care
• Oversee training programs for nursing staff to enhance skills and professional growth
Director of Nursing (DON) Qualifications:
• Current Ohio RN license
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s preferred
• Nursing leadership experience in long-term care
• Strong knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations
