As the face of our company at community events and retail environments, you'll introduce homeowners to our high-end custom outdoor living spaces and generate leads for our sales team.This role offers a fantastic opportunity to build your sales and marketing skills in a fun and energetic environment. Our team is passionate about providing top-notch support and ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To• Engage with homeowners at local events to generate leads and set up free consultations for our sales team.• Promote PCF Construction Group's brand and services by creating event buzz and following prescribed procedures and messaging.• Set up, maintain, operate, and break down event marketing programs to maximize brand exposure.• Speak confidently and enthusiastically with event attendees to build interest in our services.• Perform duties at events such as home shows, craft fairs, and farmers' markets, often standing for extended periods.Qualifications• Basic Requirements• High school diploma or GED.• 18 years or older.• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.• Reliable transportation with valid car insurance and a good driving record.• Comfortable standing for up to 8 hours during events.• Weekend availability is required.• Preferred Qualifications:• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage customers effectively.• Experience presenting to small and large groups is a plus.• Team player attitude, with patience, reliability, and respectfulness.• Effective time management skills.• Ambitious, money-motivated, and willing to learn and grow.What We Offer• Guaranteed hourly base pay plus uncapped bonuses for generating leads and commissions for sales.• Paid, comprehensive training to set you up for success.• A fun, dynamic work environment with plenty of opportunities to grow your skills• Mileage reimbursement, extensive paid training, and a fun, laid-back work environmentSchedule• Type: Part-time• 20+ hours per week• Primarily weekends with some weekday availabilityJoin Our Team TodayIf you're passionate about making connections, generating buzz, and representing an industry leader, PCF Construction Group is the place for you.
